(Alliance News) - London-based Mining Minerals & Metals PLC on Monday named Mike Stewart as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
Stewart has a track record of delivering "multimillion-pound benefits" and has many years of experience in business turnarounds and transformations, acquisitions, and growth.
Non-Executive Chair Matt Bonner said: "Mike has had a strong international career working at an executive level focused on leading operational and strategic change in the energy, industrial and manufacturing sectors. His background will bring knowledge and perspectives that are complementary to the existing directors and thereby strengthen the board overall."
Shares in Mining Minerals & Metals were untraded on Monday morning, having last closed at 3.60 pence.
