Minds + Machines Appoints New Chairman In Board Reshuffle

LONDON (Alliance News) - Internet domain operator and owner Minds + Machines Group Ltd on Monday announced a series of changes to its board, including the appointment of a new chairman.

Guy Elliott, currently a non-executive director, has been made chairman, replacing Keith Teare as he retires from the role. The company also said Michael Salazar, currently an executive director, will become chief operating officer.

Henry Turcan, a director at Henderson Volantis Capital, which holds a 22% stake in Minds + Machines, will join the board as a non-executive director, while Elliot Noss and David Weill join Teare in leaving their non-executive roles. Caspar von Veltheim will step down as a executive director.

Minds + Machines shares were up 5.3% to 7.50 pence early Monday.
