MedicX Fund To Buy Carlisle Medical Centre For GBP4.1 Million

LONDON (Alliance News) - MedicX Fund Ltd said Thursday it has agree to buy a modern primary healthcare medical centre in Carlisle, Cumbria, for GBP4.1 million.

The property is currently let to a GP practice, a local charity and a pharmacy.

This brings MedicX Fund's total property portfolio to 151 properties in the UK and Ireland, with an annualised rent roll of GBP36.6 million.

Shares in MedicX Fund were up 0.4% at 87.61 pence Thursday morning.
