LONDON (Alliance News) - Primary care infrastructure investor MedicX Fund Ltd said Thursday that it has contracted to acquire, through forward funding, a new primary healthcare medical centre in Peterborough for GBP3.2 million.
The property is expected to be completed by April 2019. When it is finished, it will be let to the GPs of the Nightingale Medical Practice. All leases will be for a term of 20 years. There will be three yearly reviews to market rent.
This acquisition takes MedicX's property portfolio to 154 properties throughout the UK and Ireland. 150 are operational and let, with four under construction. Its annualised rent roll is GBP40.8 million.
Shares in MedicX closed down 0.25% at 79.40 pence each Thursday.
