LONDON (Alliance News) - Audio-visual company MediaZest PLC on Tuesday said it appointed James Abdool as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The stock was trading 13% higher on Tuesday at 0.11 pence per share.
Abdool previously served as MediaZest sales director from 2010 to 2015. He holds 15.0 million shares in the company, representing 1.2% stake.
MediaZest said it believes that Abdool will bring a wealth of experience to the role, as well as a detailed knowledge of the European Audio Visual market and key contacts in the industry.
