(Alliance News) - Croda International PLC said Wednesday Massachusetts Financial Services Co doubled its stake in the FTSE 100-listed chemicals firm to 10% after a transaction on Monday.
Massachusetts Financial held 13.1 million shares in Croda following the transaction, equivalent to 10% of the 128.7 million shares outstanding in the firm. Prior to the transaction, Massachusetts Financial held a 5.0% stake in Croda.
Shares in Croda were 2.9% higher at 4,930.00 pence in London on Wednesday.
