LONDON (Alliance News) - Testing and maintenance services provider Marlowe PLC said Monday that it has acquired Hertfordshire, England, based water treatment services company Kingfisher Environmental Services Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
The company said that the acquisition "further extend[s] the group's national footprint in the water treatment market".
For the year to September 30, 2017, Kingfisher Environmental generated revenue of GBP2.8 million, majority of which were from recurring contracts.
Marlowe shares were up 1.3% at 497.50 pence each on Monday afternoon.
