Mark Darby makes swift exit from Kellan

(ShareCast News) - Kellan announced the resignation of Mark Darby as chief operations officer on Friday, with immediate effect.The AIM-traded firm also announced that Liam Humphreys had joined the group as managing director, responsible for all operational matters and reporting to Richard Ward, the executive chairman."I would like to thank Mark for his considerable efforts on behalf of the Group over the last 11 years and wish him well in the future," Ward commented."I would also like to welcome Liam to the Group and wish him every success in his new role."
