Malvern International Appoints Mark Westcombe Elliot To Board

(Alliance News) - Education courses provider Malvern International PLC on Monday said it has appointed Mark Westcombe Elliot as non-executive director, effective July 1.

Elliot previously held finance and management roles in Europe, the US and South Africa and currently is non-executive chair of security systems providers 21st Century Technology PLC since 2013.

Chief Executive Officer of Malvern International, Sam Malafeh, said: "Malvern is growing fast and will benefit from Mark's international and financial experience as we continue to deliver on our strategy."

Shares in Malvern International were up 13% at 3.15 pence each on Monday afternoon.
