LONDON (Alliance News) - Lo-Q PLC said Tuesday that it was seeing increased sales in its accesso Passport mobile ticketing service after a successful first season from its smart-phone based queueing system Q-Smart.
The company said that user feedback had been positive, with 98% of guests saying they would use Q-smart on their next visit.
Lo-Q provides queuing and ticking software for theme parks and attractions. Its Q-smart software allows visitors to use their phones to access virtual queuing.
"We are delighted at the progress we've made with our mobile products over the past year," said Chief Executive Officer Tom Burnet in a statement. "By continuing to stay on pace with the rapid adoption of smart-phones by consumers, we are well prepared to capture the next level of growth across our ticketing and queueing business."
Shares in Lo-Q were up 5.1% at 675.00 pence Tuesday morning.
