LONDON (Alliance News) - Live Company Group PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Simon Bennett has resigned with immediate effect to "pursue other opportunities".
The company added that it is in advanced discussions over the appointment of two additional independent non-executive directors.
Shares were trading up 2.7% at 77.00 pence each.
