LED International Shares Suspended As Annual Results Delayed (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in LED International Holdings Ltd were suspended Tuesday after it announced that it has become apparent that it will "not be in a position" to publish its accounts for the financial year to end-June by the end of 2015.
This is the deadline for the publishing of these accounts under AIM rules, and as such, the company's shares will remain suspended until the accounts have been published.
