KCOM Makes Interim CFO Anna Bielby's Position Permanent

LONDON (Alliance News) - Communications company KCOM Group PLC said Thursday confirmed interim Chief Financial Officer Anna Bielby as permanent CFO.

Bielby has served as interim CFO since the start of July, having previously held "a number of senior roles" in the KCOM finance team.

Bielby has been appointed to a permanent CFO position with immediate effect.

The firm's non-executive chair, Graham Holden, departed at the end of 2018 and Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Patrick de Smedt was made interim chair.

Smedt is expected to return to his previous directorship role once a replacement as chair is found.

Shares in KCOM were down 0.7% at 71.67 pence on Thursday afternoon.
