(Alliance News) - Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC on Thursday said it appointed Sharon Brown as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
The investment firm said Brown is a director and Audit Committee chair of investor Fidelity Special Values PLC, BMO Capital & Income Investment Trust PLC, newsagent operator McColl's Retail Group PLC and Scottish football club Celtic PLC.
As at the date of her appointment, Brown was the owner of 2,354 shares in the trust, it said.
The stock closed 0.4% higher on Thursday in London at 861.00 pence each.
