(Alliance News) - John Lewis Of Hungerford PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Chair Gary O'Brien has resigned with immediate effect for personal reasons.
Managing Director Kiran Noonan has been appointed as acting chair, until a permanent non-executive chair is identified.
"We thank Gary for his contribution to the company over the recent years and wish him well with his future plans," said Noonan.
Shares in the manufacturer and retailer of kitchens, bedrooms and furniture were trading 4.8% higher on AIM in London on Monday at 0.55 pence each.
