LONDON (Alliance News) - Ithaca Energy Inc Wednesday said it has completed the USD66 million equity investment in the company by DKL Investments Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delek Group Ltd.
The investment was completed via a private placement of 81.9 million shares at CAD1.05 each. Following the placing, Ithaca has 432.8 million shares in issue, including 21.5 million under option, giving DKL a 19% stake.
Shares in Ithaca were trading up 2.2% at 46.50 pence Wednesday morning.
