LONDON (Alliance News) - Invesco Perpetual Select Trust PLC said Friday it appointed Graham Kitchen as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Kitchen spent 13 years at Invesco as a UK fund manager and co-head of investment. Currently, he is a non-executive director of property management company Places for People.
Shares in the investment company were flat at 186.00 pence.
