(Alliance News) - Intermediate Capital Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Financial & Operations Officer Vijay Bharadia will step down at the company's annual general meeting in July.
The London-based asset manager said Bharadia will be replaced by David Bicarregui, who was most recently the chief financial officer of Goldman Sachs International Bank, part of Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
Bicarregui will join Intermediate Capital on April 2 and stand to be a company director at the July AGM.
Bicarregui brings significant experience in "finance and operational leadership, transformation and business growth", Intermediate Capital said.
The stock was down 1.5% trading at 1,404.50 pence per share on Tuesday morning in London.
