(Alliance News) - Indivior PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Tatjana May will step down from her role with effect on July 31, as she looks to pursue a new full-time career.
May has been part of the pharmaceutical company since 2017. She was formerly at Irish pharmaceutical firm Shire, which was acquired by Takeda Pharmaceutical Co Ltd for GBP46 billion in 2018.
Indivior said it has no active plan to start searching a successor to May.
"Tatjana joined the board in 2017 and has been a strong contributor throughout her tenure. I would like to extend thanks from the entire board to Tatjana, we wish her well in her new opportunity," said Chair Howard Pien.
Shares in Indivior were down 1.9% at 50.05 pence on Monday in London.
