Xeros Technology Group PLC - Rotherham, UK-based developer and licensor of technologies which reduce the environmental impact and cost of clothing and fabrics - Chinese licence partner Jiangsu SeaLion Machinery Co has lunched its Hydrology brand comprising a range of washing machine which incorporate Xeros's XOrb and XDrum technologies.
Xeros expects to receive a mid-to-high single digit percentage royalty for the machine sales as well as the ongoing use of XOrbs by SeaLion's customers.
"This product launch represents the first deployment of our XOrb and XDrum technology platform in the commercial laundry market. These technologies have been proven to greatly reduce resource consumption whilst bringing unparalleled cleaning and fabric care benefits," said Chief Executive Mark Nichols.
