W Resources PLC - tungsten, tin & gold miner in Spain and Portugal - Receives grant from Extremadura government in western Spain, which was initially awarded in March 2018. Says receives total proceeds of EUR5.2 million. Adds that EUR5 million loan from Banco Santander SA has now been repaid. "Receipt of the EUR5.2 million grant proceeds is a long awaited and extremely timely outcome. It's a true credit to the team to have been awarded this grant and received the cash funds. We have immediately used the funds to reduce debt and strengthen our balance sheet," Chair Michael Masterman says.
