VR Education Holdings PLC - Waterford, Ireland-based VR software and technology group - Announced the appointment of Praveen Gupta as non-executive director with immediate effect. Gupta is currently vice president at San Francisco-based HTC Corporation. He has also authored and contributed to a number of published works and academic research on venture capitalism and technology. Gupta does not hold any ordinary shares or options over ordinary shares in the company.
