IN BRIEF: US Solar Fund to terminate current placing programme

US Solar Fund PLC - owns and operates solar power assets in North America - Current placing programme is set to terminate on April 12, and due to only eight days of the programme being unexpired, the board will not publish a supplementary prospectus, meaning that the placing programme will terminate with immediate effect.

US Solar Fund remains able to issue up to 63.8 million shares without the need for a prospectus, and will consider issuing a further prospectus and create a new placing programme.
