Tritax EuroBox PLC - invests in logistics real estate across continental Europe - Buys logistics warehouse in Piacenza, northern Italy, for EUR49.7 million. The property, the company's third in Italy, offers 47,800 square metres of space across two units. It fronts on the A1 motorway, the main north-south corridor between Rome and Milan. Both units are let to OVS Spa, an Milan-listed fashion brand that uses the property as its European distribution hub. Gross annual rent is EUR2.0 million.
