Toople PLC - Letchworth Garden City, England-based telecom services - Revenue for half-year that ended March 31 falls to GBP1.3 million from GBP1.5 million a year before, though pretax loss narrows to GBP654,784 from GBP773,432. This is due to administrative expenses being cut to GBP919,612 from GBP1.1 million. Says outlook "positive", anticipating increased revenue and better gross profit figures in the future.

Decides to apply for listing on AQSE Growth Market Access Segment of Aquis Stock Exchange in London via fast-track application as it believes it may be ineligible for readmission to the London Main Market in the event of a reverse take-over due to minimum market capitalisation requirements.
