IN BRIEF: Takeover vehicle of Kaz Minerals chair to buy rest of shares
Kaz Minerals PLC - London-based copper company - Nova Resources BV, the investment vehicle of Kaz Minerals PLC Chair Oleg Novachuk, despatches notice for compulsory acquisition of Kaz shares it does not already own. Nova notes takeover offer has acceptances with respect to 57% of Kaz shares and to 93% of the shares to which the offer relates.
