Supply@Me Capital PLC - London-based inventory monetisation platform - Raises GBP320,885 gross in open offer of 641.7 million shares, and issues 320.9 million open offer warrants. Receives application under excess application facility for 5.3 billion excess shares, which it will scale back pro-rata. Firm's share capital will comprise 42.99 billion shares after the new shares are issued.

Current stock price: 0.12 pence, down 7.0% on Thursday
