STS Global Income & Growth Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investment company - Reports a total net asset value return of negative 1.8% in the year ended March 31, compared to a total return of positive 0.5% for the Lipper Global - Equity Global Income Index in the same period. Says: "The relative return for the year was consistent in the sense that when markets, and generally in the first half of the period, were in a "risk off" mode relative returns were good. However, later in the period as confidence rose and markets returned to sectors and stock that had driven the post pandemic bounce relative returns were poorer."
