Strategic Minerals PLC - mineral company - Says sales from Cobre stockpile for the quarter ended September 30, were at USD632,000 compared to USD756,000 a year prior. For the 12 months to end September, sales revenue was at USD3.7 million, up from USD2.4 million. Says despite the continued suspension of mining activities at the adjacent copper mine due to the Covid-19 pandemic, operations at Cobre continue to operate under protocols established to ensure contactless sales. Says Cash balance at June 30, was USD264,000, down from USD533,000 a year prior.
Managing Director John Peters said: "Sales at Cobre continue to show excellent annual growth providing the company the opportunity to repay outstanding liabilities and benefit from surplus cash generated from operations."
