Sound Energy PLC - Morocco-focused upstream gas company - Remains of the "strong opinion" that remaining charges against unit Sound Energy Morocco East Ltd over Greater Tendrara petroleum agreement have been wrongly interpreted by Moroccan Tax Administration. The unit has now filed to Moroccan court a challenge to remaining charges brought by tax administrator. Although tax administrator in August dropped most of charges, it did not drop charges relating to disposal of assets by Sound Energy Morocco East to Schlumberger in October 2018.
