IN BRIEF: Sosandar promotes Finance Director Steve Dilks to CFO

Sosandar PLC - Cheshire, England-based online women's fashion brand - Promotes Finance Director Steve Dilks to the board as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Dilks joined Sosandar back in September after 11 years at outdoor apparel maker Regatta. As a result, Mark Collingbourne moves from group finance director to non-executive director, also immediately, having served as in the role since Sosandar's initial public offering in 2017.

Current stock price: 20.99 pence, down 3.5% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: up 25%
