IN BRIEF: SME Credit shareholders vote 42% against chair's re-election

SME Credit Realisation Fund Ltd - Guernsey-based credit investment fund - At annual general meeting, notes that 42% of votes cast were against resolutions four and eight, which were for the re-election of Richard Boleat as chair and the re-election of Sachin Patel respectively.

Despite this, all resolutions put forward at meeting were passed.

"The board notes the material votes against resolutions 4 and 8, the annual reappointment of the directors, and intends to liaise with the relevant shareholders to discuss their concerns," the company stated.

Current stock price: 85.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 34%
