RentGuarantor Holdings PLC - London-based provider of rent guarantor services for tenants - Raises further gross proceeds of GBP34,998.02, via the subscription of 12,773 new ordinary shares at the full market price of GBP2.74 per share. This marks another investor participating in the subscription announced on March 6. Application has been made for the subscription shares to be admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market.

Current stock price: 284.00 pence
