IN BRIEF: Reabold Resources raises LNEnergy stake to 18%

Reabold Resources PLC - Oil and gas company with projects in the UK, US and Romania - Ups interest in LNEnergy Ltd by a further 1.6% through the subscription of 18 new shares for a cash consideration of GBP250,000 at GBP13,889 per share. This brings its total shareholding in LNEnergy to around 18%. LNEnergy's primary asset is the Colle Santo gas oil field in Italy.

Current stock price: 0.093 pence, down 2.2%
