Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd - London-based insurance company focused on program management and legacy insurance businesses - Hires Andrew Pinkes as global chief executive of R&Q's legacy insurance business, effective October 1. Pinkes is a board director for multiple insurance and insurance-related businesses. At R&Q he will report to executive chair William Spiegel and will have Legacy Insurance M&A and Operations teams reporting to him.
