IN BRIEF: Proton Motor Power CEO Cuts Stake By 9.5 Million Shares

Proton Motor Power Systems PLC - Munich, Germany-based fuel cells company - Says Chief Executive Falih Nahab has reduced his stake in the company by 9.5 million shares. As a result of this, Proton says Nahab now has 170.3 million shares held indirectly via his 28% interest in SFN Cleantech Investment Ltd and 19.5 million shares held directly by him, representing respectively a 26% stake. Proton didn't say at what price Nahab sold or when the transaction took place.

Current stock price: 135.96 pence, up 13% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: up 94%
