Primorus Investments PLC - invests in natural resources sector - On Thursday said it made a further investment in Fresho Pty Ltd, as part of a fundraise undertaken by Fresho to which it raised gross proceeds of AUD3.5 million, or approximately GBP1.9 million, by the issuance of new ordinary shares at a price per share of AUD0.575 each.
Primorus subscribed for 2.0 million new shares for AUD1.2 million, around GBP637,000, thereby increasing its holding to 5% on a fully diluted basis. Primorus now holds 3.4 million shares in Fresho.
