Pan African Resources PLC - gold producer in South Africa - Says three motions at annual general meeting opposed by over 20% of votes, though still pass. Motion on endorsing remuneration policy rejected by 28%, while separate motion on remuneration implementation rejected by 31%. Motion authorising directors to allot equity securities rejected by 33%. Dissenting shareholders invited to engage with company. All other motions pass.
