N Brown Group PLC - Manchester-based digital-only retailer of clothing and footwear - Says Non-Executive Director Joshua Alliance on Friday bought 3.4 million shares at GBP0.6465 each, with transaction worth GBP2.2 million.

On Friday, N Brown said Alliance bought 7.8 million shares at GBP0.65 each for a total of GBP5.1 million on Thursday.

Current stock price: 71.30 pence

Year-to-date change: up 18%
