Mkango Resources Ltd - Vancouver-based explorer for rare earth elements - Gains approval from the TSX-V exchange for the fundraise to raise GBP5.5 million through the issue of 23.0 million shares at 24 pence each.
Proceeds will go towards the completion of the feasibility study at Songwe Hill and feasibility studies at Mkango Polska.
Following the issue, Mkango will have 153.9 million shares issued overall.
