McKay Securities PLC - South East and London-focused office property investor - On last day of public trading before the takeover by Workspace Group PLC on Friday, completes sale of freehold interest of Great Brighams Mead office building in Reading town centre to King's Oak for GBP19.0 million, at a premium of 21% to September 30 book value.
