Marwyn Value Investors Ltd - investment company managed by Marwyn Asset Management Ltd - Says tendered 41.3 million Zegona Communications PLC shares, representing just over 98% of its holding, resulting in proceeds of GBP45.4 million for its ordinary shares and GBP6.7 million for realisation shares. Zegona on Friday says it seals tender offer, with shareholders receiving payments of GBP329.3 million. Says management team subscribes for 1.7 million shares for GBP2.5 million in total. Board and management now has just over 29% stake in Zegona.
