IN BRIEF: Marks Electrical chief financial officer to move to Roadchef

Marks Electrical Group PLC - Leicester, England-based electrical products retailer - Chief Financial Officer Josh Egan will step down to take up a new role as CFO of Roadchef Motorways Ltd, the motorway services area operator and subsidiary of Sydney-based financial services Macquarie Group Ltd. Marks Electrical is beginning the process to find a successor, and Egan will remain a director of the company to support the business through its full-year results release and to ensure a smooth transition. A further announcement will be made "as appropriate". Marks Electrical will publish its results for the year that ended March 31 on June 25.

Current stock price: 59.00 pence, up 0.9% in London on Friday afternoon

12-month change: down 14%
