IN BRIEF: Malvern wins one-year contract with UEL as discussions go on

Fri, 16th May 2025 10:51

Malvern International PLC - London-based learning and skills development company - Secures one-year contract with the University of East London for the 2025-26 academic year. Says it is continuing to negotiate for a long-term agreement. It expects a resolution during this financial year. Malvern says the new contract extends an existing partnership where it provides international student recruitment, teaching and support services for the International Study Centre.

"We're making progress in our discussions with UEL on a multi-year agreement. The delay in finalising the contract reflects ongoing considerations around space requirements to support the continued growth of our partnership and align with our shared ambitions," says Chief Executive Officer Richard Mace.
