IN BRIEF: Malvern raises GBP1.7 million to increase cash resources

Malvern International PLC - Milton Keynes, England-based learning and skills development - Raises GBP1.7 million through the placing of 620.2 million shares and a subscription for 230.0 million shares at a price of 0.2 pence each.

Proceeds will go towards ensuring that Malvern has enough cash resources to continue trading through the continued difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Following the fundraise, Malvern International will have 2.09 billion shares issued overall.

Current stock price: 0.21 pence

Year-to-date change: up 50%
