IN BRIEF: Kore Potash To Raise At Least USD7 Million Via Share Issue

Kore Potash PLC - Advanced-stage mineral exploration and development company focused on the Republic of Congo - Seeks to raise at least USD7 million via a share issue at 0.65 pence each. Intends to enter a technical services agreement with Sociedad Quimica y Minera SA and will issue new shares as payment of the future services. Says proceeds will go towards the completion of the first phase of the definitive feasibility study for the Dougou extension sylvenite project in the Republic of Congo.

Current stock price: 0.82p

Year-to-date change: down 28% since Jan 2.
