Kore Potash PLC - Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo - Says Chief Financial Officer Jean Michel Bour intends to leave company "due to personal reasons", effective immediately. CFO advisor Amanda Farris becomes interim CFO until a suitable replacement is found. Farris will not be joining the board of the company.
Chief Executive Brad Sampson said: "We are disappointed that Jean Michel's personal circumstances have required his departure from our company and wish him well for the future.
"We are also fortunate that Farris is available to immediately step in as our interim CFO. She is a highly respected chartered accountant who is already familiar with all of the company's accounts and people".
