First Derivatives PLC - consulting and software company - Juliana Conlon sells 2.3 million shares in First Derivatives at price of 2,700 pence each. The placing of the 8.3% stake was conducted via an accelerated bookbuild through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC. Following the placing, Conlon will hold 4.1 million shares in the company, representing a 14.7% stake. First Derivatives will not receive any proceeds from the placing.
Brian Conlon founded First Derivatives in 1996 and was chief executive officer when he died of cancer in July 2019.
