DP Eurasia NV - master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - Notes that Jubilant Foodworks Ltd, the largest foodservice company in India, and its subsidiary Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands BV have entered into a purchase agreement with Turkish Private Equity Fund II LP to acquire Fides Food Systems Cooperatief UA for GBP24.8 million. Fides holds a 32.8% stake in DP Eurasia.
"As a result of the above transaction, JFL will become the largest shareholder in DP Eurasia, holding 32.81% of the company's ordinary share capital," DP Eurasia says.
