IN BRIEF: IQGeo Makes USD8.8 Million Acquisition; Plans Fundraise

IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based software company - Agrees to buy OSPInsight International Inc for up to USD8.8 million. Plans to raise GBP5.3 million through a placing and subscription at 78 pence per share. "The acquisition of OSPInsight significantly expands our user base providing us with a materially enlarged and loyal market for new product subscriptions," Chief Executive Officer Richard Petti says.

Year-to-date change: up 43%
